Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy for defective or damaged items. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you have 14 days after receiving it to request a return.
Sizing Please use our size guide before ordering. We provide detailed measurements and breed guidance to help you choose correctly. If you are unsure, contact us at hello@sportspawsapparel.com before placing your order and we will advise. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection.
Damages and issues Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Send 2–3 clear photos — one of the full item, one close-up of the defect, and one of the packaging if damage-related — to hello@sportspawsapparel.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping is at our cost for defective or damaged items.
Non-returnable items We do not accept returns for items that are unwanted, incorrectly sized due to customer error, or no longer needed. All sales are final except where the item is defective or damaged.
Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@sportspawsapparel.com.
